Research Interests:

1. Design and synthesis of multi-functional poly(glycoamidoamine)s (PGAAs) as vehicles for targeted siRNA delivery. Currently working on synthesis of trehalose based copolymers containing imaging components for mechanism study. 

2. Investigating and evaluation of strategies for targeted delivery of nucleic acids specific for brain tumors and cardiovascular diseases.
